UDSPL owes its success to the qualified and dedicated team of human resources that it has nurtured since its inception. Currently UDSPL has a core team of around 35 resources based out of its headquarter at Kolkata. The total number of resources being currently present nationally is almost 250 that are primarily skilled and semi-skilled in various
UDSPL also maintains a pool of contractual resources that are normally deployed at individual and specific projects as per requirement on specific project-based tenure. For example, in the West Bengal Ration Card digitization project, UDSPL deployed almost 10,000 resources on field at the peak time of the project that it executed with Wipro.
UDSPL also has a panel of very senior and experienced resources that has an average experience of 30 years in the Indian and Global IT industry in various technology and service domains and worked as industry leaders during their past career. Few of them are on direct company payroll as eligible stakeholders and the rest are connected with the company as Consultants on contractual terms.
UDSPL through its effective HR policies and benefits aims to retain its core team for years and also can deploy any good number of resources on contract or direct terms as per project requirements. The company has a full-fledged HR and Recruitment department that is being guided by Recruitment and HR Management Portals.
